EXTREMELY RARE 19th century baseball program featuring Yale vs. Harvard. Walter Camp, much better known for his contributions to football, played left field for Yale in both games. The 1879 program was for the game played on June 28th in Providence. It was the Championship series ! The scored program shows a 9 to 4 victory for Harvard. Camp batted cleanup for Yale recording a base hit and scoring a run.  program is fold-over I would classify it as a scorecard program more , The 1879 program  measuring 4 1/2″ x 5 1/2″  has some very light  scrapbook residue on the rear page but present incredibly well for their 130+ years.   It is Near Mint Condition  otherwise.
